Africa's public institutions face increasing pressure to digitise, ensure accountability, and provide visible services. Iconium Consulting Agency (ICA) helps governments and public organisations respond confidently to these challenges.
We focus on three core areas: executive training for transformative leadership, international study exchanges for African decision-makers, and research and policy advice that fosters lasting change.
Since our inception, we've collaborated with Nigeria's National Assembly, National Judiciary Institute, National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies, and Senate Public Accounts Committee, and facilitated learning experiences in Casablanca, Dubai, London, Paris, and Kigali.
